Chief Mary Bernard Memorial Women’s Shelter

A shelter for women in distress, women without housing, or for young mothers who need extra support. Shelter residents have access to employment services, parenting, and life skills programs, and services of the Lennox Island Health Centre. We provides safe and supportive housing on Lennox Island to both aboriginal and non-aboriginal women and their children who are experiencing family violence.
